Howard Fields

Howard Fields is a founder, consultant, executive, educator, podcaster, and professional voice artist. The thread that connects these varied pursuits is a never-ending fascination with the intersection of human behavior and emerging technology. 

Howard has held senior positions at IBM and Cisco and served as an advisor and co-founder for multiple startups. His insights, strategies, and tactics have helped clients transform business models from analog to digital, sales and service relationships from transactional to advisory, and performance drivers from efficiency-led to customer-led. He has driven efficiencies in and reenergized existing businesses and launched, built, and scaled new businesses. 

Howard brings behavioral insight and strategic foresight to engagements spanning strategy, marketing, sales, consulting, experience management, product management, service delivery, channels, infotech, and cybersecurity. Howard has often served as a "designated disruptor," leading game-changing initiatives such as architecting one of the earliest and longest-lived “Work from Anywhere” (WFA) programs in the US, commercializing speech & pen recognition technology, building the first global Resilience consulting practice, and launching 16 Global Innovation Centers. 

Most recently, he has co-founded and helped lead a diverse set of startups spanning data & analytics, education, services agility, and sustainable investing. Howard holds a BA, MBA, and Cybersecurity certification from Rutgers University and executive education certificates from Arizona State University, Harvard Business School, and The Wharton School.
