He is also the Chief Innovation and Security Officer for Cognitient Corporation and the former Chief Information Security Officer for the New York City Department of Education. He has held positions such as Chief Information Officer for Orange County, NY, Chief Technology Officer for Smarter Risk Corporation and Chief Technology Officer and Distinguished Engineer for the IBM Corporation Business Resilience division where he was also a member of the prestigious IBM Academy of Technology.
